”When I reached out to Brad Young about how much I was spending on car insurance with another company, he immediately responded and put me in the care of Nicole Ponder. Nicole responded immediately and went to work to get me the best coverage at the best price. She was personable and kind. I felt as if we had known each other for years. I knew I was in good hands. It didn’t take long for Nicole to find better coverage at more than 1/3 the cost I had been paying for years. I wish I had done it sooner. The only reason I had not was because I thought it would be time consuming. It was not at all. We did everything over the phone and email. The best thing, in my opinion, about IPS is that I am confident they are on my side. I know if I have a question, they are just a phone call or text away. My previous agency had a phone call center that fielded calls, and it was impossible for me to talk to my agent directly. Not so with IPS, you talk to real people every time! Thank you, Brad and Nicole!
