IPS offers an online benefits portal which allows both the employer and the employee to view and enroll in benefits, as well as view plan summaries and update beneficiaries. Our online system can also assist with new employee onboarding tasks such as completing W-4s, I-9s, and standard withholding forms. In addition, there are tools to assist with task management, time tracking, and integration with over one hundred external payroll partners.
